Usage data

Fix My Coffee collects usage information that is not linked to any identity, to understand whether the app is working. What it collects: whether steps such as opening the app for the first time, saving a brew, opening the shelf, seeing the purchase screen, or unlocking Pro or a club membership have been reached, and how many times the advice the app gave was useful or not.

The app sends this at most once a day. On the server, each submission is stored as a separate, anonymous record for that day; the report adds these records up. Records cannot be linked to each other or to a person.

No account, device identifier, advertising identifier, location, or free text is collected. A record holds only the day it was sent, not the time. Your IP address is not recorded; to limit abuse, a key derived from it is held in memory for one minute and never written anywhere. No tracking is performed across apps or websites. No data is sold or shared for marketing; it is held only by the infrastructure provider that stores these records (Cloudflare).

Records are kept for at most 180 days and are then deleted automatically.

This website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. To see how many people visit it, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies or any other data stored in your browser, and it does not track visitors individually.

What it records: which page was opened, which site the visitor came from, how fast the page loaded, and the visitor's country, browser, operating system and device type. The report contains no IP addresses.

No part of the site, fonts included, loads from any service other than Cloudflare; no requests go to services such as Google.

What stays on your device

Your brew log, recipes, taste profile, and personal notes stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Purchases

Purchases go through Apple. We never see or store your payment details.

To unlock tasting notes for club members (Turkish App Store only), the app sends Apple's signed purchase document to the catalog server. The server reads it only to check that the membership is valid; it does not store or log it.
