What coffee-to-water ratio should I use for V60?Start between 1:16 and 1:17 for V60 — 15 g coffee, 250 ml water.
What temperature should pour-over water be?92–96 °C.
How long should a pour-over take?Two and a half to three minutes for 15 g.
How fresh should coffee be?Five to twenty-one days off roast is the window for filter.
Does water affect coffee?It does: hard water dulls the cup, pure water leaves it hollow.
Why is my coffee different every time?Because you are not brewing it the same way.
